Maainful LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased products solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, sell, transfer, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any purchased content without written permission.

You agree that you will not use the contents of any purchased product to create a competing product or service. Unauthorized use constitutes theft and we reserve the right to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not share your login credentials for accessing any digital product with any third party for any reason.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content that cannot be returned. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

We do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from your credit card company. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and pursue recovery of the outstanding amount.

9. Payments

You are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or a third party acting on your behalf. If payment cannot be charged to your card or is returned for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas. By purchasing from The Dragonfly Empire, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

In the event that Maainful LLC must make a claim for any breach of these Terms, we shall be entitled to recover attorney's fees and costs.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms shall be declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
